Using your Right hand, slide across to creat a fold approximatly 2/3rd's of the way across your tummy, hold in place.
Bring your left hand across your tummy and slide out your right hand, hold in position with your left hand.
Bring forward the ties and loosely tie.
Raise or lower to adjust the height and then secure the ties with a bow or slip knot.
Fold down and adjust waistband for the perfect fit.
